Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Return eligibility
To be eligible, an item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened feeding items, personal-care items, and other products marked non-returnable on the product page may not be eligible unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable.
Start a return
Email ari.barrantesss@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Do not send an item to a supplier or address shown on the shipping package without return authorization, because unauthorized returns may not be received or credited.
Return shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping when the correct item was delivered as described. LittleHaven will review reasonable return-shipping costs when an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error. Financial institutions may take additional time to post a refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly after delivery and include clear photos or video of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Exchanges and cancellations
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because inventory can change. The quickest option may be to return an eligible item and place a new order. Cancellation requests should be submitted immediately, but an order cannot always be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
