Shipping & Delivery
We work with third-party fulfillment partners, so processing and delivery times can vary by product and destination.
Order processing
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, supplier delays, address verification, or periods of unusually high demand.
Delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, charges, and any delivery estimate provided by the carrier are shown at checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because carrier delays, weather, customs, and other events can affect transit.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages when they are fulfilled from different locations. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is split.
Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started, and customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Missing, delayed, or damaged packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged, contact us at ari.barrantesss@gmail.com with your order number. For damage claims, include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner as appropriate.
Customs and import charges
For destinations where duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges apply, those amounts may be the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
